This is the reason why we only seek Customer Service Representatives for employment.
Join A Bright Group
Our group of customer service representatives is not only professional and friendly, but also have outstanding communication skills, accuracy with handling numbers, and can type 35 or more words per minute. Interested candidates must apply in person.
Weekend and Holiday Work Required
Because we are a 24/7 contact center, all customer service representatives must be available to work at least one shift during the weekend and a minimum of 4 holidays per year.
We only hire for long term employment. In fact, an important factor in the success of our business is our experienced and skilled customer service representatives.
Basic Minimum Requirements
- One year experience working in a call center or providing customer support by phone
- Two years continuous employment with a single employer
- Good attendance history with previous employer(s)
- Ability to pass skill tests
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
